2.2 Draw a hole in the 4 cm pad with a marker on the reverse side. When marking the digital line at every 1-16 points, it is required to start at the position closest to the edge of the board, which is convenient and convenient for the winding.
2.3 After drawing the line drawing on the 4 cm pad, draw a 0.40cm thick transparent film on the test hole and place it on the 4cm epoxy board pad on the line to check the line drawing on the board. The point map, the 0.40cm thick transparent film pad logo must be consistent with the point pattern on the 4cm pad.
2.4 Place the cable holder on the 4 cm epoxy board with the line drawn. The length of the board surface is medium and the screw holes are drilled at the same time. Always check the total number of points when drilling.
2.5 Draw a good 4 cm pad and fix 4 copper posts with screws, with the side of the line facing down. Place a 4 cm plate and a 2 cm pad on a fixed 4 cm pad, align the holes, and secure the three plates with a 3.175 mm alloy shank.
2.6 After the three plates are fixed, insert the Φ1.70mm jacket of the probe into the hole position of Φ1.40mm, Φ0.90mm, Φ0.65mm, Φ0.45mm. The outer ring of the outer casing should be marked with 8 colors. Wire, insert the probe jacket to knock down with a solid copper column.
2.7 Place the un-drilled transparent film pad on the jig with the jacket and tape it with the face down.
2.8 The winder has two holes, the middle one is inserted into the probe casing, and the other hole is inserted into the wire. First, the peeled wire is inserted into the small hole of the winder, and then the middle of the wire gun The holes are inserted into the 2/3 windings of the probe housing, and each of the probe jackets is wound evenly and firmly.
2.9 Insert the 34-pin cable socket face up, insert the stripped wire into the wire gun, and insert the middle hole of the wire gun into the wire socket pin to make it strong.
2.10 Mark the selected test points at every 16 points. The traces are arranged from top to bottom, and the nearest traces are routed according to the connection holes.
2.11 The winding wire of the cable is to be wound according to the drawn line position and the marking position on the fixture plate. At the same time, the line of Φ0.45mm, Φ0.65mm and Φ0.90mm is to be in accordance with the color of the upper thread of the probe outer casing. Wraps into the cable holder in accordance with the color of the wiring.
2.12 Each winding has 6 cable ties, the wire should be tied with plastic tape.
2.13 After all the wires are wound, insert the jig face up into the probe. The order of inserting the probe is Φ0.45mm, Φ0.65mm, Φ0.90mm, Φ1.40mm, Φ1.70mm.
2.14 After inserting the needle, stick the 2 cm thick epoxy pad with double-sided adhesive, and then overlap a 1.2 cm protective pad with a layer of Φ0.40 cm transparent film pad.
2.15 The identification should be done after the fixture is completed, and the technical parameters of the fixture and the registration form of the fixture need to be registered.
2.16 Fill in the date of manufacture, probe specifications, total points, customers, and models on the technical data sheet of the fixture. And attach the jig parameter table to the jig for easy management.
